Latest News

The tack and western store is celebrating 21 years in business in 2016!

Summer is a crazy busy time for us here at Coyote Creek.
Averaging 25 riding lesson students, 15 boarders, many guided horseback trail rides, horse birthday parties, field trips and boy and girl scout events, as well as our ranch sorting and western store shoppers, keeps us on our toes.

Ranch sorting practices are held 3-5 times a month and you can even schedule your own private sorting practice with friends (with ten+ riders, often times I can find enough others to fill any additional spots).  Jackpot sorting shows are held monthly.

Come ride in the indoor arena on your own horse! Enjoy no wind, no mud, use of barrels, poles, flags, trail obstacles and jumps. Call to rsvp. Only $15 for one horse for the day or $10 each for multiple horses! The outdoor arena is all sand on a slope so it is not muddy either!

After 21 years of working 60-80 hours a week growing two businesses, I am ready to slow down, so be looking for some changes here at Coyote Creek in the next year.

Check out the bottom of services page for show bills and the calendar above for event dates.

Riding lessons students at Coyote Creek enjoy not only arena lessons but also have the opportunity to ride in parades, trail rides, horse shows, obstacle courses, tracking the hot heels, sorting calves and the annual overnight campout and trail ride this summer.

Enjoy 10 miles of trails at Coyote Creek! Boarders can enjoy these trails daily. Don't have a horse? We offer guided trail rides on our wonderful, happy, well trained Quarter Horses, Paints & Arabians. From easy, relaxing beginner trails to more advanced, challenging narrow trails, with lots of creek crossings and hills, we have it all! Lots of trail riding photos to the left.

Schedule your birthday party or group event now at Coyote Creek with horseback riding, hayrides and wiener roasts. Packages starting at $3 per person.
